Horrible experience! We returned the car over a month ago! Never got a final receipt for balance due! Received the invoice and a text a month later at 11pm! Woke up and had two charges for over twice as much as we owed hit our account! After I specifically ask her to not charge either account again! We are out of state and cant even get access to one of our accounts! She actually owes us if she decides to give us our deposit back! Thanks but no thanks! Enterprise is much cheaper and way more professional!
