We were looking for cars around the area to use for a whole day. I looked everywhere, zip car, budget, enterprise... everywhere. Silvercar by Audi pulled up everytime. I was too afraid to click on it because I didn't know if I needed to have a membership and I assumed it was too expensive since it was an Audi. I finally gave it a shot and it was CHEAPER than everyone else around!!
I called them and talked to a guy named Austin, he was so polite and eager to help. I'm from the Texas so this type of hospitality really brought me back home. My wife and I rented an Audi Q5 for 25 hours and it was still the same single day price! I tried this with Budget (which I use all the time) and they were going to charge me a whole extra day just for one more hour! The car was amazing, clean and had a full tank of gas. He explained how to do the little things like how use the track pad to spell out the location for the GPS, how to use the wifi, the difference in the electronic shifter.
To rent the car was easy. All you need to do is download the app, create your account, and select a car. They will bring it too you if you want or go pick it up from the Audi dealership.
Returning the car was easy as well, if you want to buy gas from them, which they charge you market price plus $10 service fee, but you ONLY pay for the gas you used not the whole tank like the other places.
If you need to rent a car, you need to try Silvercar. I know I was blown away. Austin great job! I wish there were more people like him around Seattle.
