I've been to this branch for a 5 minutes issue. Phuong Tran asked me why I was waiting in the line and told her what I needed. It looks like she does not want any customers at this branch. She literally tried to make me leave the branch asap indicating that I did not have an appointment. She was not helpful at all and pretty rude. I am giving 2 stars just just because of Huy Trinh's excellent service and Daniel Jeon's precious help. They both personally deserve 5 stars but not the branch itself.

One of the worst customer service!!! The guy who comes first you entered, asked me what reason I was there. I explained why I was there. He was so helpless, and so rude!! I made bank of America account and credit card when I lived in queen Ann, and the person who helped me was absolutely nice,so I made an account. Now west Seattle The guy was absolutely rude!!! No customer service at all!!!! 7 eleven guy was even nicer than him!!! Don't even waste your time there everyone!!! How the heck they can keep my money there with that kinda of service!!! I would cancel what I have there asap!!!
