Very unprofessional teller name Rye or Lye. She was talking on the phone while helping my fund transfer to my HOA account. She obviously made a mistake on the amount. When I asked her to correct, she basically told me my writing was bad. No apologies on her mistake. My writing is probably not the clearest but it wasn't that bad. In any case, she could have asked to confirm the amount. Or even after made a mistake, simply apologize about the mistake instead of blaming the customer's writing. After the correction, she provided me a new receipt but didn't provide nor explain about first incorrect transaction. Bad experience.

Very rude experience with a person who claimed to be the manager. I walked down to 3rd to file a complaint. Long time Chase customer, I am surprised at how terrible this experience was.

Im a private client with a mortgage and multiple accounts through Chase and they couldnt give me 2 minutes (thats how long it took at UPS) of their time to notarize my document.

bad experience. the banker canceled my appointment without notifying me properly. only left a voice message less than 3 hours before the appointment time saying - I was actually calling regarding your appointment with us today if you can give me a call back as soon as possible - even the wording and tone sound demanding and rude. and thats it. no second call or any other texts or emails. do you expect people check their phone/voicemail on a hourly basis? and I must call you back so that I can figure out that you plan to stand me up? another thing I just could not understand is, if that one staff is unavailable, no one in your whole branch can cover his/her duty? Well in this case dont you think your branch is in an unhealthy state that you somehow strongly rely on a single staff member.
