        Came in for a network issue have been a long standing customer and had Valerie help me! She seemed super pleasant to the customers before me. However m, had an attitude with me wa discussing with another employee that so and so had called in due to stomach issues, granted literally in front of me . She couldnt access my account due to last name differing from account. Coped an attitude said I could call customer care and when I called her out on her attitude she said youre actually being rude and walked away and left me standing there. She called the next customer and basically dismissed me!! Worst customer service experience with T-Mobile ever !!!!!! Great job Valerie

        I tried to upgrade my phone one of the representative there was so rude had bad attitude. End up leaving so I dont feel like I have to begging to buy an iPhone unbelievable when I walk out he still tried to shout out to me omg. I hope the manager near address the problem. Do not remember to go there at all
