Some tall guy wasn't helpful at all. He couldn't even sell me the phone I wanted. He didn't bother to call it in to be able to sell it, but he just said he couldn't sell it. His customer service was lazy and poor. I went to the Best Buy on meridian where they called it in and did their job and were able to sell me the phone I originally wanted. Go to the Best Buy on meridian not this one. This guy here is too lazy to do his job, and won't try to either.

This is the second time we have had a 5 star experience at this store in the mall! We switched from Verizon to Sprint and it took a while to make it all happen since our stuff was pretty complex. However Elizabeth and Dirk tag teamed it with the help of the Sprint Rep (who was so great as well). Just to make sure I was getting the deal I thought I was, we went over to the Verizon Store and was very unimpressed. Compared to the service at the Best Buy Mobile, it was 1 star level. They guy was obviously huffy about the fact that I had the comparison sheet from Elizabeth at best buy and had no idea what promotions were available from Samsung (we got a FREE 32" smart tv and VR headset!). In all, we were in that store 4 hours. That is a very long time, BUT we had fun and they (the 3 of them) really made it doable for us and our kids. Thanks Guys!
