T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I've used this store multiple times, never had any issues. Ive been with tmobile 6 years and 6 months as they told me this morning. Always appreciate the employees, and how they never push plans I don't want. Whoever I dealt with this afternoon ladu hlond ish hair, was extremely rude when I said I'd rather pay for the phone I stead of doing the deal with adding another line. Saves me $5 a month, to me personally wasn't worth the hassle. I already have 4 phone and 2 watch lines. My preference shouldn't have been a big deal. She talked over me and continued with snotty remarks. Maybe tmobile isn't for me anymore.

I stopped into the T-Mobile store on Sunset needing some help with some of my applications. Lilayah was very pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining how to fix my problem. I usually go to this T-Mobile store for any assistance and they are always helpful and courteous with little waiting time.

FYI its not an actual TMobile store. Its a satellite franchise. Been a T Mobile customer for about a year. This store is directly responsible for the worst customer experience Ive had. The promotion we signed up with doesnt seem to exist. We traded our old iPhones for new ones when signing up. We paid the difference in value and thought the deal was done. One year later apparently the deal we signed up with didnt really exist. We were swindled by the people who were running the store.

I've been with T-Mobile for 15 years and this is the worst store I've ever been to. Employees are rude, dishonest and incompetent. If my mother hadn't called me while she was in store they would have gladly taken advantage of her by switching her to a rate plan they insisted was cheaper but was not at all. They are uneducated about basic T-Mobile policies and promotions and seem to brazenly take advantage of the elderly and those who don't speak English. When you ask them for anything that won't earn them commission they are rude and dismissive. I never leave reviews but my experiences at this store have had me consistently baffled for over a year now. I think the employees need to focus on their job instead of loudly talking about weed edibles.
