The Sprint merchants at this office are nothing but C artists that DON’T stand by their word, sure they talked me into a new contract (which lowered my bill by nearly half-no complaints so far) and said hey you lock yourself into this new contract and we’ll even throw in this super dooper Sprint Drive diagnostic gadget with WiFi for your vehicle at NO additional cost to you but unfortunately we don’t have any in store right now, we’ll text you when it arrives. A month goes by no text or gadget, so lets get down there and see if this thing has arrived, sure had. So next bill comes in, post install, WT... charges for a gadget that ooh tells where my car is located (Google Maps does that just fine) and additional charges for an anywhere WIFI connection. My fault, I guess, for taking a verbal ...”no...no”.....to my question “so this won’t add anything to my bill?”....Like I said my own fault for believing, you can argue with the staff at that office (other than the person you originally dealt with who was absent of course) about these additional costs till your blue in the face they’ll obviously deny anything agreed verbally......oh well when this contract expires you’ve lost my business.

This Sprint store is THE BEST! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they don’t try to pressure you into buying things you don’t need. They take the time to work with you and find the best solution for your budget and plan. Plus they are so dang nice and helpful! If you’re a happy Sprint customer, the great team at this store will make sure you stay that way. :)

I was having a lot of issues with the Sprint location on Meridian and I was actually going to change carriers until I found this location near REI. The people here were incredible helpful, friendly and not rude and pushy like the other store near the mall. Going to recommend this store to all my friends and tell them to stay away from Meridian.
