Me and my mom came in the other day and a nice young fellow named Jerwynn helped us with our phone plan. My mom was so super pleased and believe me, she's a tough one to please. Excellent customer service from him! You have earned yourself a repeat customer!

I had the worst day of my life when I had my phone and wallet stolen. I struggled to get the help I needed with tech support but I was directed to bellis fair tmoblie where I was helped by an amazing manager name Caitlin. Not only did she resolve my issues, she was able to replace my phone, and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was okay. Her customer service skills and kind nature really turned my day around and made the process a breeze. Thank you Caitlin! You are a rockstar!!

This was supposed to be new phone upgrade day. But the employees here Are As useless as useless can get. Not one employee here has the ability to think on their own, no solutions with this A team. Lol. Woke is not working T-Mobile. 22 years weve been with T-Mobile and finally cutting the cord. The first time I went to this location these dolts put an app in my phone that told me how much battery power I had. The phone already does that so theyre useless on Many counts. Thats why theres Four employees and one customer every time you come to this location. Oh well, I probably wouldnt fix stupid if I could its very entertaining.

This was an easy to find store in the Bellis Fair Mall. I came in looking for an IPhone and the guy named Vincent was a tremendous help. He even put a new screen cover on my phone, changed the sim, and put it into the protective case for me. 10/10 service.

I got scammed here. I was told I could get a new (older model) iPhone by just signing up with the phone plan and paying the tax for the phone; however after looking it up, a single phone plan is $60, why am I spending $90 a month for a single line? Dont trust the tall dude with long hair.
