        I worked with Sophie, who was amazing. She did things to hook me up with phones that customer care could not do even after 2 hours on the phone with them. She is an amazing asset to this store, and if you ever need help with your phones, she's the one to talk to, thank you, sophie. !

        Dakota Helped us so much and was absolutely amazing. He explained every detail and went above and beyond to make sure he explained every charge to us as well. He was so personable and kind and definitely reminded us why we chose Verizon in the first place, if only every interaction could be as pleasant as this one! I highly recommend the store as well as Dakota!! I explained what I wanted, and he got me exactly what I wanted and more! 10/10 for sure!!! Cant wait to go back!
