The guy helping us was very helpful in solving OUR issues in as inexpensive ways as possible. He knew his stuff and very flexible. First rate chap!

After fighting with Mint Mobile for half the day trying to get their service to work and having zero luck, I ended up here with a friend who had recommended I try Metro as a solution. We walked in pretty close to closing but Ary let us in and helped me even when I started to continue my mental breakdown from earlier in store. He was so nice and helpful, he allowed me to use the store phone to call Mint Mobile to get my account information and sat with my friend and I for the almost twenty minutes of going between 'let me put you on hold to find the information' and hold times. In the end we were able to get the information we needed and he got me set up with a plan. Thank you so much for all your help Ary, you were amazing!
