THIS PLACE IS AS GOOD ( IF NOT BETTER) THAN MOST. All these complaints are the same; "They didn't buy anything", " They dont pay enough", "The staff lacks experience", "The employees were busy talking amongst one another". Really? What exactly are you complaining about? The lack the intelligence and non existant logic that has gone into these comments is unbelievable. Its embarrassing. I've sold a lot of items at this location, and they have declined a lot of items. Of all the items I've sold I've recieved only a fraction of what they are worth. The staff is young, and prone to passing over items they themselves do not like and almost always the employees working behind the counter are talking amongst themselves. WERE YOU EXPECTING SOMETHING DIFFERENT?. That's your problem. Not theres. They should not be held responsible for your inability to understand what it is they do there. They are not there to get you top dollar for each and every item of clothing you have. When you go into Nordstroms do you buy everything they are selling just because it's designer? No. WHY DO THINK YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO TELL THEM HOW MUCH THEY SHOULD SPEND ON PURCHASES FOR THEIR BUSINESS. They are not obligated to buy your stuff for any amount. They make you an offer. If you dont like the offer then dont accept it. That's how trade works. Your inability to understand this basic practice, is again, not their problem . It's your problem. ONE LAST THING The staff there is fabulous. They are young. Everyone lacks experience at the start of their career. Training makes us knowledgable, experience makes us good. They may misjudge an item here and there BUT so what. Stop complaining. To even get $1 for ALL of your used stuff is something. You originally bought it so you could use it, remember. If your intent was to just sell it for profit, you wouldent have paid even close to what you did pay .

i usually dont do reviews but because of all the bad ones ive seen here i wanted to write a good one! i came in to sell some items but i was a little nervous because of the reviews. But honestly everything went really well!! the employees were very sweet and easy to talk to! i decided to roam around the store and a very sweet employee offered to make me a fitting room to try on my clothes. I forgot to mention that I brought a bag full of stuff and only got about two things sold though its understandable! I can see the type of styles they are looking for, and a little money is better than nothing so I took it. I dont really understand why the reviews make such a big fuss Id definitely come back again :)

Long time seller here. They are super busy right now and are overly selective. They are taking poorly made junior brands while turning down last season's Anthropologie, because it still has its tags on it. You have to show your receipt. What? It's far too much work to locate a year old receipt for something you are going to give me $5 for. They also determine that anything with long sleeves is "winter". I guess that's what you get when you give kids with no fashion background a list of what they can accept. Crazy.

I would not recommend shopping at a location that treats customer with such disrespect and judgement. I will never be stepping foot in this business again. Just go to the Ross in the same complex its cheaper, has a better selection, and has friendlier employees!!
