This Platos closet is horrible as hell. The employees not only are rude and disrespectful ex. Snatching your wallet from your hand and digging thru it for your ID, they also will shove every clothes that was perfectly holder when handed to them into the bag without a thought in their head. They also gave me back my bag of clothes missing some pieces and proceeded to tell me that they arent accepting anything at the moment even tho I called before hand to see what there accepting and the lady on the phone said everything

Great place and always friendly. The manager Sarah is always helpful and very friendly. My favorite Plato's closet to buy and sell for sure. I see negative reviews and majority are saying they low ball prices when buying. People need to remember first this is a business and there to make money. Secondly just because your clothes has tags and are "brand new" doesn't mean that's what they are worth and they are only going to purchase what's in style and obviously what they know will sale. Third- they are very open about what they will pay and its usually about 30% of what they think they will get. I have sold literally thousands of dollars of clothes and shoes to this location and others across the country and Plato's closet will pay more than any other place that I have found. I recommend going into the store and seeing what they have on the racks and asking what they are looking for. I do this and have always tried bringing in those items if possible and I have never sold everything I brought in but with a little research and asking questions it will make your trip there and also the employees jobs much easier and obviously they are not trying to offend anyone by not purchasing but they know what inventory is needed and just because it's NWT's doesn't mean they will be able to sale it. Just a little tip from someone who has done many transactions with numerous Plato's closets buying and selling.

After waiting an hour, I was told that I had good stuff but to bring it back in a month due to overstock. Honestly I feel a little discriminated, the 2 ladies selling before me today were white and they both made a profit and were not told there was "overstock". While I was waiting they pretty much greeted everyone but me and didn't ask if I had been helped, when I received my text I went to the register and I was told to hold on while they finished their irrelevant conversation about an unfavorable coworker they currently have, unprofessional. I searched that whole place during the hour and there was not a single piece I would buy. The majority of clothes was dirty and worn not to mention over priced. Better off paying for shipping on poshmark, or mercari. Better quality, better deals there.

Love some of their clothes there. But when it comes to them buying clothes they only take shein or anything thats trendy. I brought in clothes that people wear today and they bought 4 of my items of 10 clothes and I looked back ant what they didnt take and it was disappointing. And for princess polly dress I gave and the other clothes they bought they gave me $18??! Are you kidding lol. They dont ever take regular clothes
