        Not a good experience. The so called store manager "Jewel" refused to get an outfit from the display for my daughter. She said it was store policy, but other employees have done this from us in the past. I thought the whole purpose of the store was to sell the clothes inside the store! She was very rude!

      Hello Tee - the item that you were wanting was from a customer that hadn’t sold us the item yet. I apologize for not explaining it more clearly - we just cannot pull items out of a buy that we have not paid our customer for yet. We are more than happy to let you know as soon as it is paid out. As for the displays, we are more than happy to pull items down for you. We used to try to keep displays up but that is no longer the case.
