Worst CVS Ive ever worked with. Pharmacy staff doesnt care about long lines or wait times. Have had a problem every single time Ive picked up (the same) prescriptions.

This is the worst drugstore I've ever been to. Prescriptions are always a hassle. They are either lost or the line takes at least an hour. Finally switched to the drugstore across the street.
Tried to order a package for pickup there. UPS says it's delivered, but they can't find it. I guess it's my fault for thinking it would be okay. Probably best to avoid this store altogether and go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

Ive given this pharmacy a few tries as Im new to the area, but despite it being around the corner it is not worth the inconvenience. It takes them days to fill a prescription - at every CVS Ive been to in the past, its filled a few hours after my doctor sends it. Also, their line is always over 5 people long and it takes them at least 5 minutes per person. No matter what time of day it takes me at least 20 minutes to get a prescription. They never have more than one register open and multiple pharmacists will simply be in the back chatting despite a line going around the store. Further, it always seems the pharmacist running the register needs permission from a supervisor for every transaction. I dont understand why they havent implemented other strategies since their reviews are almost all 1 star, but do not go here if youre looking for an easy, convenient pharmacy.
