CVS is serving good. Nothing much to improve. People in CVS near me are always kind and store is very clean.

I came to pick up my prescription medication, and was helped by a nice guy. The issues started when I asked to use a manufacturers coupon for one of my meds. He told me a different employee will help me out, and to stand behind customer on my left. I stood there, thinking it was a line, but no one called me up to be seen. After helping the customer in front of me, the employee walked away from the counter so I assumed they were going to do something and come back? Anyway, after about 15 minutes of standing there, I came up to the window and someone finally came to help.
After the employee punched in the coupon, she let me know it was applied and walked away. I was standing for another few minutes thinking she was going to grab the medication, but I guess that was it because I saw her standing a few feet away from me doing her other tasks. So I finally went back to the pick up line to fetch my meds.
They werent rude, however, they just werent helpful. They just did the absolute bare minimum, and did not guide me or let me know what to do next whatsoever. If you see a customer standing there, why dont you ask what they need? What could have been a 5 minute trip turned into a 30+ min trip, and this especially sucked while I was down sick with the flu.
