I walking to the store in Springfield today, try get my sons prescription. And I saw a coupon on the counter. I try read whats the coupon for? And a Spanish lady running to me, yelling to me. She is working there, she not allow me grab the coupon. Anyway Im not interested the coupon. After I picked up my prescription. I saw her took all book coupons . So worker allow get store coupon? Not for customer ?

The woman at the pharmacy treated me terribly and was very rude and condescending to me and even raised her voice at me many times when I was trying to get a new vaccine card. No customer should have to put up with this. This pharmacy is horrendous and everyone should avoid it like the plague that it is.

The pharmacy here is abismal. They lost my prescription and had to go searching for it. They were INCREDIBLY rude while trying to search for it and continued to ask me when the prescription was called in and I had to let them know over and over again that there was a paper brought in. Wasted an hour of my life with the ineptness. No one there said they were sorry. No one there gave me even a look. The best I got was you gonna wait for it??
I waited. But I wont go back again.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the entire area. They take days to fill prescriptions. They are rude and their customer service is horrible. Avoid this place at all costs
