        Prescription Drop off: poor service and a complete waste of my time, which when you are sick is the last thing you want. I was asked to wait for a call that never happened, and when I returned to the store after 1 hour they had completely forgotten about the order and within minutes I was told that in fact they didnt have any stock left.

        The check in nurse is friendly and helpful. Service is quick. Prescription are quick as well.

        Theres a glitch in the system where CVS sends a review but I dont go to the Arlington VA location as Im not a Virginia resident.. they need to fix the glitch they have in their system

        I went to the minute clinic, pharmacy, and the storefront yesterday and everyone was so kind, professional, and personable. Sadly this CVS does not have a restroom but I was advised about the ones in the nearby California Pizza Kitchen and Chevys. Yes, they are understaffed, but they are doing what they can with what they have so Im very thankful for that! Also you cant beat the nearby metro station, very convenient!
