I was waiting for my contact lenses for almost 3 months. The staff told me it was ready to pickup, went in and turned out it wasnt. Went back again and they couldnt find my order. I literally had to explain all problems since the beginning every single time I went in/call in. They should at least noted the case with problem and handover to other staff. I had to went in 5-7 times and called more than 10 times to finally got my order. Very unprofessional, unfriendly vibe. This place is the worst!

Everyone in the office is very friendly. Dr. Cruz is very knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions. Brenda took the time to help me choose the right frames, explained what my benefits would cover and what I had to pay. Overall my experience at this location was great. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Cruz.

This was a fantastic experience overall! This was my first eye appointment in a long time and I was way overdue for new glasses. Dr. Cruz was so kind and extremely helpful; she explained things in a manner where I was able to fully understand everything she was stating about my vision and its changes. I highly recommend her as your eye doctor. I also had the pleasure of working with Danikka in choosing my frames and assisting with the purchasing process; she was just as helpful and fully broke down what was covered and how - made the process a breeze. All at this officer were so pleasant and Ill be keeping this as my go to location.

Went there took my son was there before appt time and was seen . I was greeted from the time we opened the door . Customer service was on point extremely satisfied. We saw Dr Cruz she was very nice and attentive to my son . We also saw Mr Fuad that helped us pick out glasses ..the office was clean and all the staff was very friendly. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good customer service and friendly atmosphere. Thank you guys .
