Every employee I have encountered in this store has been absolutely phenomenal and has the answers to every single one of my questions and if they don't have one, they'll find one. Hands down the best customer service and phone service I've ever had.
Corey Reynolds, the local Business Account Executive, is awesome. He answered all of my questions when I was looking to get internet for my business!
And most recently, my encounter with Geneva at the store. She is absolutely fantastic and I hope she stays there for a long time!!

This is my second complaint about this store. I have been trying to contact the store MULTIPLE times this week by calling and no one ever answers. I was answered two times and put on hold for over 20 minutes which then I decided to hang up. I was told I was getting a call back once and NEVER heard back from the store. I am severely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of urgency of this store.

I am very unsatisfied with this location! About a month ago I come in to add a line to my account, and they have a promotion going on where I am told I am eligible for it and that I will get a gift card. On top of that I was told I was going to get a refund because I overpaid for something. Three weeks go by, no refund! I go back to the store and ask about it just to find out the refund was never even put through the system! At this point I am already upset and so I ask for my gift card status and just to find out AGAIN that it was not put through the system. The worker seemed very lost. Now, over a month I am on the phone with the costumer service and they are telling me I am not eligible for the gift card after one month of waiting not to mention the coverage is terrible and the billing couldnt be more confusing:

The employees are super friendly I purchased a home wifi box an they set it all up in no time I wud recommend checking them out for any wifi needs
