        Employees are more interested in talking to each other than ringing up purchases or answering questions about gear for customers. Wanted to buy a pack of strings and no one wanted to ring me up, even after getting the attention of multiple employees, they were too busy talking to each other. So Ill buy guitar strings from Amazon, thanks Guitar Center

        2 stars because they do have a big selection. I went in to buy a digital piano. Ive been a few places but they dont have their pianos out to try before you buy. I know the piano I want and was ready to buy. The employees dont look up. They all sat behind the desks with their heads down. There were two of us (me and another girl) looking at the pianos and playing them. Looking at the prices and still nothing. I walked a couple laps around the store and there is no service here. I even told a guy I was there to buy a piano and he pointed and said over there. That is all the service I got. Even with bluntly stating Im here to buy a piano. There are other music stores where the people are so helpful and enthusiastic about music, they are super knowledgeable and eager to help. Its nice to have that extra bit of help/advice. Ill be by another store tomorrow to buy my piano. This place served its purpose.

        This is one of the good Guitar Centers. The Manager is very cool, and all of the staff that I've met are friendly and fair on trades.
