I needed to upgrade my phone. Sam greeted us at the door and made the process completely pain-free. When I tried to upgrade through the app it was a disaster, and I was wary about going into the store because I hate being upsold and talked into things I dont need. Sam upgraded my phone in minutes and explained the whole process and made it SO EASY. I got exactly what I wanted and I was in and out in minutes. He even found discounts for my boyfriends plan and set him up with unlimited. We had a great experience today!

After leaving the Bluefield VA location with an unsatisfactory experience..Today I had the best experience at the Cedar Bluff location. I explained my situation, Danielle and Crockett knew exactly how to help. I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Promax, they set everything up for me making sure I was happy with my decision of this phone. I also purchased a screen protector from them when I found out it covers the insurance warranty if the screen busts. (Not sure if this is with all phones) well worth the extra money to know that my screen is protected. Visit this location for all of your Verizon cellphone needs. If youre an iPhone lover this new 13 Promax is awesome.
