Disappointed in the service. Came in to get computer glasses and eye exam to update my prescription. The eye exam part was perfect. Excellent customer service but the sales associate at the end of the process was not friendly. Lot of confusion getting the sale completed which included me stating several times that I needed the prescription for computer glasses. Well three weeks later I get the glasses and they are my distance prescription, not my computer glasses. I go back into the store and the receptionist ask the associate that did my order to assist me. Right in front of me she tells the receptionist no. The receptionist goes back to the supervisor. The receptionist comes back out to tell the associate to help me. She still refused and another associate intervened and assisted me. Not sure what the problem was. I was polite, respectful and was never upset. Do not know why she didnt want to help correct the error she made. Bottomline, I dont recommend coming here. Not a good customer service environment.

I used to love this place. However this time (after our exam ) our experience was horrible ! The lady who took our money and ordered our glasses was so confusing and contradicted herself multiple times . She didnt measure anything for my sons glasses and when I asked about a trial pair of contacts she said they dont carry them there they needed to order it and it would be about 2 weeks, and then tried to get me to order a box before I left. They used to give you a trial pair before you left and a follow up exam to make sure they were working for you. Not anymore . After multiple calls to them I finally got someone who said there was a pair there for him and he went to go pick them up, only to be told they didnt have them. So I called and had them look again and they found them. Unfortunately he had already left and was almost home and had to work, so I asked them if they could mail them to me . If I buy a box they can mail them , but apparently not a trail pair that any other place wouldve given us before we left. I feel like they have become so much about the money that they no longer care about whats actuallly working for you or how to help . Exam, pay, wait for weeks and then hopefully they work. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about your eyes !

I worked with Julius, and he made my Experience, an Awesome, he made me feel like family by taking the proper steps and tome in helping me with selecting and getting the necessary things for my Eye care. I had an Amazing experience at the Central Park location.

Staff were friendly. Provider was professional. Explained the eye exam to me prior to starting the exam and findings after exam. The staff were also very professional. Helped me pick my eye glass frames without feeling pressured.
