        They did have the vehicle that I paid to reserve and then had an attitude with me about. The man at the desk proceeded to argue with me about not having it. Do not reserve a vehicle with this place.

        I wish I could give this place a zero star. Kathy at the front is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever come into contact with. I had avis corporate on the phone and she would not talk to them on my phone nor answer the store phone when they tried calling over 7 times. I had a reservation (corporate account) and could clearly see cars in the parking lot but she told me she didn't have any cars and to have a good day. If you go into this location and Kathy is at the front, ask for anyone else!
