My husband and I went through Enterprise to rent a car while our car was being fixed. We originally were given a Chrysler Pacifica that after one day broke down on a back road in Chesapeake, stranding my husband and our two young kids. Enterprise sent out an uber for them because they don't do pickups anymore since covid. The first car they sent out was way too small to fit all of them plus two car seats and a wagon. So then they sent another one. My husband then gets a new rental car and it is smaller than the one we originally paid for and it smelled like it had been smoked in. They were awful to rent from. I can't speak on the other branches but this particular one I recommend staying away from.

The app makes the reservation process easy. The days leading up to the actual rental had the appropriate reminder and directions. My car was ready and clean when I arrived :-)

Today I received a call from the rep at enterprise due to car was due back within a 30-day window. Now I work for a company that in turn rents my car for us for five weeks and this is common, but usually a phone call is made ant the rental is extended for the extra week. But today I was called and left a message to call back which I did and was told that I needed to go to an enterprise location and fill out a new contract or I will be turned into collections! Like I stole the car. Okay first of all if you read the notes, it would have let you know that the car was needed for five weeks. Plus, I work for a billion-dollar company, and they pay for the car, so no one is stealing anything from enterprise. I have been renting cars from enterprise for a long time and have never been accused of trying to steal a car. That is just amazing to me especially since my coworker got the same call and it went nothing like that at all. All the said is we will extend you rental and see you next week. Amazing how two different places treat their customers. I have rented my last car from this location. I have work too hard in my life to get where I am to be call a thief by someone who most likely make a 1/4 of what I do on a bad day. Yes, I'm being petty just like the person was on the phone who said they was going to report me to the people as car being stolen like I didn't have a credit card on file or a phone number to call.
