A few weeks back I had stopped to visit this place for the first time and had an amazing experience. Erik and Donna were both amazing people to work with. They took the time to help solve my issues and made sure to answer all questions the best they could. Definitely a place worth coming back too.

Terrible Experience . You would think during this pandemic that businesses would truly want to be successful. This is a high dollar purchase we are trying to make and we couldn’t even get anybody to call us back even after we scheduled the appointment. My wife wait at home all day and no one ever showed up. You can tell directly from the lack of leader ship involvement why the team at this company fails. Don’t waste your time . We were recommended by Anthony Sylvan pools so I wanna make sure Anthony Sylvan knows not to refer this company because they were bad outlook on their personal company.

I contacted this company Tuesday. They sent a technician Wednesday. The technician figured out the problem and said that the office will call me the next day with the part price quote and to schedule a time for repairs. Friday at noon I called the office because no one had called me back. I was told they did not have a complete report from the technician and were not aware of what was needed to repair my Pool. I was told that someone would call me within an hour; they didn’t called back. Today is Saturday at 2:30 pm. I called because no one has called me back. I was told that they have no idea why no one had contacted me. At this time I was given a price quote and I was told that I have to wait until Monday for them to figure out when the part would be available. I decided Not to do business with this company and contact someone else that would take my business seriously.
