Update: Thank you to our pool technician, JJ, for coming out for helping us service our equipment. He was an absolute pleasure to have over! He was very knowledgeable about all the equipment, even showing us little tricks to help us get our pool up and running quicker. Thanks JJ! Update: Brian Hays, our project manager, has proven to be exceptionally helpful and communicative. He promptly resolved the few hiccups we encountered and remained proactive, accompanying us every step of the way. Currently, Jose is working on the tile and coping. Jose's remarkable attention to detail is evident, and the pool is shaping up beautifully. As I was talking to him, I was thrilled to learn that he will be part of the crew during the installation of the decking. Thank you Brian and Jose for your outstanding work! I'm currently working on a pool project with Gary's Pools. I met with several builders in the San Antonio area, but what truly set Garys Pools apart was my custom pool designer, Ruben Gonzales. From the initial design meeting/consultation, Ruben was truly the most attentive to my vision. He understood and embraced what I wanted for the pool. From there, he invested a significant amount of time perfecting the design, my preferences, and the product selection with me. His honesty, transparency, and expertise was invaluable.
