Everything about this place was awesome! The valet guys are friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed by everyone. The hotel is clean and conveniently located to everything! Parking is not bad either. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the atmosphere of the whole place is just pleasant. One of the few places that seems to have remained the same since before Covid. Definitely worth it!

Really nice stay. Beds were comfortable and room was a pretty good size and clean. The front desk was very helpful nice. We were in town for a concert and grabbed a couple drinks at the hotel bar, the bartender was also nice. Whenever Im back in San Antonio Ill be staying here again. Didnt love the parking fee.

Let's start with the good: location! Why pay $150 more for a Riverwalk hotel when you can stay here, and walk a block to Riverwalk? Also close to Las Villitas where you can buy some local art. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is great and very friendly. The rooms are clean. I didn't eat breakfast here but it looked like a full breakfast with eggs etc.The bad: the walls are thin, and the plumbing is noisy. You will hear your neighbors. Parking is limited, and $22 a night. I recommend parking in the overflow area across the street. The hotel lot has trees full of birds. They will make a mess of your car.I would stay here again- but bring a noise machine and park across the street.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had the standard food items like all the other restaurants. There wasn't any empty food trays and lots of drinks. The valley was also included in the price. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5
