DO NOR STAY HERE!! Room was full of bed bugs , woke up with blood stains all over the bed , bed was hard . Disgusting!!! Never stay at Sonesta . Photos below .

Close proximity to river walk and tourist sites. Easy to walk. Our food out couch wasnt cleaned and it took 3 trips down to the lobby to get it cleaned. (They dont answer the phone for some reason). Overall for a night it was acceptable, but barely.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was great, no everyone was great. I want to rake time out to acknowledge Isaiah and Audrey. This is the first time I have even considered leaving a review for a hotel. There was one thing that was a slight issue, someone puts local coupons through the door jamb, which is a little startling if you're not prepared, but that was the only issue. The valet is promp and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio. Rooms: The rooms are as shown in the online pictures. I like the fact that this is one of the few hotels that have Netflix( you need to log in with your own account info), which is an absolute plus. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for 3 people, maybe 4. The appliances in the room were clean and in good shape as well were the pots , pans and utensils.

All what I can say Is don't stay in room 409 is full of cockroaches...beds ,cabinets etc No manager present in nights so nobody will give you a refund .you should wait 1 week..i got lot of videos but Google just let me upload pictures..
