Deluxe INN San Antonio/Near Lackland AFB

The room is dirty, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is rusty, the shower is the same. The sink was rusty and in poor condition as was the faucet. The main light did not work, electrical cables were outside. Leak in the bathroom. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens outside and in the other rooms. Until he enters. To the bathroom.

Stained walls, chipping paint, cockroaches, stained towels and linens, burn holes in sheets and bedspreads, TV didn't work, no wifi even though I was paying for both of those. Had to defrost the fridge cause it was packed full of ice. Very difficult to get replacement towels for the first 2 1/2 weeks but the last half week was much better, upstairs toilet leaking and raining down on my head 3rd week in. Place is supposed to be completely renoe'd in roughly 2 months time and supposed to take 3 months, I'll comment more then. Currently most definitely below a 1 star rating but I couldn't go any lower. But there are pluses, manager and entire staff very friendly and apologetic even though their hands are tied. They do the best they can with what they've got. Seems to me owners are only interested in fixing everything at once during the reno but could care less about taking care of the now customers. Security very good and very attentive and do frequent patrols. When they get the place renoe'd I'd give it another shot based on the people.

This place is disgusting and the poor girl in the front (Noemi) trying her hardest to make our stay comfortable. The sheets were nasty and looked like they havent been washed in months. But she went to Landry to get us others. Then went and got us an airfreshener so that the room wouldnt smell and we could breath. The skinny thug guy standing over her seem like a psycho overbearing boyfriend. Didnt even bother to help her. Sad and he said he was the manager when we asked for one to make our grievances to. How did he become a manager is beyond me but dude is trash and so is the rooms. Cover was torn along with the curtains. Do you homework before staying Rooms: Horrible dirty and smelled bad

Where to start? We had reservations for thIs weekend. When we arrived and went to our room it was horrible! The room stank! Both bedcovers had stains and cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was just gross. Toilet was constantly running and it was stained brown. Shower looked like it had not been properly cleaned and had a weird residue! We looked at 2 other rooms but all the same! Got a refund and left. Honestly going to contact Expedia too cause the should be advertising this place as a nice place to stay. Dont stay here Rooms: GROSSS.
