Horrible service and rude front desk no stoppers for bathtub pool dirty and baby vomited in bed no house keepers to clean up or get clean sheets

Worst experience, reserved a 2 bed, when we got there they only had single beds, it was 4 of us. I slept on the floor.
The manager refused to correct this saying we reserved a 1 bed. Later the booking agency contacted the hotel and the same manager offer a small discount so we ended up paying for a single bed instead of a 2 bed. Felt they could have done better. Worst customer service on the managers part and the hotel over sold the hotel that night.

Microtel Inn and Suites is a good location to stay if you are looking for a cheap rate. The beds were clean and the water pressure good. There service was also decently friendly. However, I believe that the cleaning crew can do a better job. Our room had a few strains on the counters and our towels were not replaced the next day. I would recommend this place to any traveling folk, but not to my family.

Pool was not working jacuzzi was not working too they had waffles on the pictures on the internet and when we got there for breakfast they didn't have no waffles and they also have cold coffee. I don't think I would ever stay there again.
