Hyatt Place San Antonio/Riverwalk

My stay here was beyond a horrible experience with active construction, elevators being out of service, limited seating for breakfast and the room bathroom being smaller than a bathroom on a cruise ship.

The staff was very friendly my problem is the rooms. They have remodeled the rooms/bathrooms. The shower/toilet room if you can call it that is so small you cant close the door while sitting on the toilet. The shower is very small and you have to use bath mat because tiles are sharp. The shower isnt sloped correctly and shower floor fills up. Good location close to river walk without the crowds.

The hotel was extremely loud from construction. I stayed 4 nights while in town for a conference and 1 of the 2 elevators were out of service. The television doesn't allow you to cast on from another device. The location was a bit far from the attractions and tourist spots of San Antonio. After leaving this hotel I went to another Hyatt in the area and was disappointed that I wasted time...money and afternoon naps (because of the banging and loud talking from construction). Would definitely suggest staying at another hotel.
