I was skeptical of an above ground hot tub after having a pool and a hot tub built in at my previous home. However, I have actually enjoyed this hot tub more. With the therapeutic jets and the different seat arrangements I feel I get so much more relaxation. Ive had the tub for 6 month and have not missed a day using it. With the temp constantly at my desire setting its easy to jump in without waiting an hour for it to heat up like my previous pool/spa.

Worst customer service ever!
They do not proactively communicate. They do not return calls or texts. Once we were fed up with the employees, we spoke with the owner and he is just as uninterested in helping customers as his staff is. Beware - once youve signed the purchase agreement and they have you locked in, theyre done.
We are truly dreading any service we may require - its that bad.
We will be even purchasing the upkeep chemicals elsewhere.
It has honestly been a disappointing experience.
I went on the website to leave a review, but it has to go through a manager, then they just emailed me saying - were sorry, we will use this as a learning experience going forward.
They only post the 5-star reviews and the majority of them are from the other locations. This review is for the store on/ near Hausman.

We purchased a Caldera Utopia Series Spa. We are first time hot tub owners. The extremely poor communication and set up was unbelievable. I contacted them multiple times prior and throughout the process and it still was a bad experience. You would think they would want to build a good rapport, so you continue to buy your supplies from them.

They dont offer Hot Tub install and orientations. Will not recommend this place.

Awesome customer service! I called and didn't leave a message, but I received a call back anyway. Sandy helped us buy our hot tub in 2018 and she has been helping us with supplies ever since. Very nice and helpful!
