Well Aqua Spa was hired to install a new jetted tub. We paid half down before work the started. The project started a couple of weeks later. Our contract included their company to install a new power outlet to run the motor on the jetted tub but after the project started they realize we had to separate addicts in this was not doable. They had been forewarned about this issue but assured us they could make it happen anyways Without even taking a look in our attic. I went ahead and took care of the electrical outlet issue myself Over the weekend just to speed up the process for Monday when they came back. The next issues arose after the tub was set and tested for leaks I noticed the drain was leaking all over the slab underneath the tub. I sent them pictures immediately and let them know and we were told they would take care of it no problem.To my surprise a little silicone was added and then everything sealed up. After testing the drain again we found out the tub is still leaking just the same sent pictures in one more time to their office but never heard nothing back. We had to provide all the materials needed other than the tub, So after the tile was set upon inspection we found there were several tiles installed cricket and sagging some had no Gap at all for the grout in between again we sent several pictures showing the issues we did receive a call back stating they would Adjust the tiles but we all know what styles are set in there is no adjusting they must be busted out and start over. Overall we were excited in the beginning but now disappointed there has not been any follow-up from Aqua Spa.
