Great customer service from the sales team. Delivery was fast and the install crew was courteous and respectful. Our preferred spa location was in a tight area of our patio, but they were able to make it work with no issues. This is our first spa, so they also spent extra time after install to explain start up procedures and the dos and donts of owning a spa. Would highly recommend Sweetwater Hot Tubz to friends or family.

I just enjoyed my very first morning soak in my brand new Cantabria tub! Best purchase ever! The whole team at Sweetwater Hot Tubz was great to work with. Thank you Al, Paul and Eleno for helping make our spa dreams a reality!

Beyond happy with all aspects. Three Back Surgeries in less than a year led to continuous issues with Lumbar Radiculopathy and general pain issues. It was suggested I try a Spa for therapy in addition to my regular Physical Therapy. I searched on Google of course and was referred to Sweetwater. Al was the Sales guy who helped us out at the Live Oak location. His advice, help and professionalism led me to feel confident to buy a Vita Spa (Made in the US puts is a huge plus) - from them and this was backed up by the outstanding service provided by the installation team and later with help well after the sale in obtaining Sales Tax Exemption due to my medical issues. I highly recommend Al and the entire company.

Absolutly do not purchase form this company. I ordered December 1 and was told it could take up to 6 months to recieve it since it was a custom design. The contract states 8 weeks but I am reasonable and would patiently wait a few extra weeks since our sales rep said 6 months at the most. After 7 months I had not been contacted so I reached out. I called 3 times and every time I was told they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever called me back each time. On the 4th call I said I would stay on hold until someone could give me an answer on when I should expect delivery. That is the only reason I got an answer. However the answer was that it would be expected to arrive in October or November. Mind you I ordered Dec. 1. So they were saying it would basically have taken them 11 months to have the hot tub to us. I asked to cancel the order since that is unreasonable and I was told I would have to pay the cancelation fee wich would be an additional $2,027.75 on top of what they were holding as my deposit. They stated that I signed a contract that says they have 12 months to produce the product. NOWHERE on my copy of the contract I signed is that stated. The line item that outlines expectations of production time is 8 weeks. I have had a lawyer review the documents and Sweetwater is at fault and I hold no liability to the company. My order should be canceled and money returned but they refuse. A fraudulent claim has been made against them for failure to produce goods purchased.

We love our Caldera spa we purchased from Sweetwater Hot Tubz. The spa industry is having a hard time manufacturing due to Covid but they were able to call us and let us know what was going to come in soon available to buy. It took a few weeks later to come in than it was supposed to but it was worth the wait! Al was super friendly and helpful. I know they will be able to answer any questions I have about our spa in the future. I am glad we will be able to deal with them for our up keep of our spa in the future! I definitely recommend using Sweetwater Hot Tubz for your hot tub purchase!
