WoodSpring Suites Lackland near Sea World

The vehicle had its window broken and contents stolen from behind the gates parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay at the WoodSpring Suites. The rooms were clean and welcoming but I have to say the highlight of our stay was Monique. She is such an attentive, caring and wonderful employee! If we return to the San Antonio area, we will definitely be back due to the outstanding customer service Monique gave us.

I have had a great stay at this hotel. I have been traveling and have stayed at hotels for about the last four months; Woodspring Suites has been one of the best if not the best hotel experiences that I have had. I originally booked this hotel for nine days. I decided to stay in SA longer and just extended my stay 10 more nights. Everyone that works here has been friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a smile, especially the front desk clerk, Nique. She greets guests by name. She asks about my day and she seems to really care. This is a clean hotel and it seems like theres always someone cleaning. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area
