Been here for 4 months now and love it. The management and staff is amazing, friendly, and courteous. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance is held to a high standard. The rooms are perfect sized with comfortable beds and chairs. It's just down from Randolph park and ride. We are happy here and plan on staying a while. The level of care just feels like home. Whoa... They do have roaches. Construction blocked the entrance to the hotel one night so it was hell getting back in. The beds are very uncomfortable and gave us sores. They didnt have blankets so bring your own and a chair was missing for the table. We had to program the remote to the tv. The pillows provided were flat and looked super used. I dont think the room was cleaned or prepped before we were in it as it was already dirty with missing and heavily used items when we entered. The ac does get freezing but beeps a lot. The free wifi is like dial up so bring your own. The room phone doesnt work. It wasnt a quiet area. Dont even bother with management. They make a big fuss over small things yet have more serious issues to take care of. Theres a lot going on at this hotel. Good luck.
