OYO Hotel San Antonio Lackland Air Force Base North

We tried booking here, but we didn't stay. We walked in the room and the lock didn't work. It was a non smoking room, everything smelt like wet cigarettes. Non-refundable. And when we complained and went to see if there was another room, the man behind the desk was very rude and brushed us off. Never stay here.

Overall, it was in the perfect location for me, attending my son's BMT Graduation The bed was pretty cozy, and the hotel manager and associates where friendly. The hotel clerk actually let me have a late check out, with no extra charge. Great hotel for the price, can't beat it

This place was the worse place ever, I checked in and left when came back there was roaches on the bed dresser and a part fell from the sink took to office never even came back to fix it. Worse experience ever. Never again.
