Brought my 13 yr old here to get her cartilage pierced total was very affordable! Service was good although took kind of long but they were pretty busy. Customer service was friendly and helpful in all my needs. Great place to get ears pierced and buy jewelery.

I purchased the 4mm 14karat gold rapid earring package. We were supposed to remove the earrings 3 weeks later from the piercing (which is today).The earrings broke, and we called the store to replace it, and they told us were out of luck. Get the free piercing and go buy quality real earrings at Macys Dillards and even JCPenny is better. #notgoodmerchandise #poorquality #disappointment
