I left my Rolex for repairs to the band. Received a call later saying cost would be $250. I thought this was high but said ok.  When I went to pick it up, band was not repaired and was told $250 was for cleaning, which is not why I left it.  My receipt stated clearly why I was leaving the watch. I left it again and told it would be ready in a few days.  I went this past Wednesday, Because they were not answering the phone.  Doors were padlocked.  I hope it was for the day and store isn't closed permanently. I'll keep trying.

Sylvia and David took all the hassle out of shopping for the right engagement ring for my fiance. They treated us with the utmost importance and respect. They made my fiance and I feel like we were family!!!!! They were patient and caring to our needs and even went above and beyond to make sure my fiance's ring was back from getting sized on the day we agreed on.
