I went here to purchase a gift. The employeesA young lady and older women with lots of makeup on..were talking with each other and acting like I didnt exist. They looked at me as if I dint deserve service because I couldnt afford to buy anything. When I had the specific intention of buying. They were unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. When I asked for help, they both looked bothered, irritated and were rude when attending me. They should not be working here and the corporate who hired them should be ashamed. You hired people whom will only lose you money in the end because these individuals are not interested in customer service or working, they are lazy, and only talking amongst themselves and trying to do little to no walking what so ever and get payed for it.They are merely willing to be cashiers and make a fast transaction as if that alone is also an inconvenience for them. Hire better people. Your business will thank you for it. As for me I took my business to James Avery because the way I was treated here was disgusting.
