We had an amazing experience. The agent, Michael, treated us with respect giving us his full attention. He ensured we were purchasing the right plan, phone, and case for our needs. After reading previous reviews about this location, we were wary about going there. Our experience was completely opposite of our predecessor's. Michael made our visit downright enjoyable.

Never was greeted, the reps helped people who came in after us. While my partner waited I was able to go over Target purchase a drink and came with no change. Reps did even acknowledge that we were leaving.

If your a SPRINT customer. The experience that you will have here is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. It was a deceiving experience and was flat out lied to about my Sprint plan. The representative had reckless regard to how much I would have spent that day. TRUST ME. I spoke to a tall caucasion male with blonde hair as the store representative. I did not get his name. We spoke about upgrading my Note 20 Ultra for a Note S22 Ultra via trade in at NO COST minus taxes which are paid upfront since my phones were eligible for upgrades. I have done this since 2009 and the representative INSISTED that they do not offer that anymore probably assuming that we were not educated over the subject matter. He insisted that all Sprint customers have to finish paying the remaining balance of the current phone in order to qualify for a 400 dollar rebate trade in towards a 1200 dollar new S22. Not only is it a 800 dollar rebate NOT a 400, but it is also not the only option offered to us. This was CONFIRMED that day via an ONLINE TMOBILE REPRESENTATIVE. We ALSO have the option of doing a clean trade in AT NO COST minus the taxes which have to be paid for upfront and a new 24 month payment for the new phone with an upgrade eligibility after 12 months. The representative INSISTED that feature no longer existed even after I explained to him MULTIPLE TIMES that it does and he immediately displayed frustration towards me and my wife. I then logged into MY ONLINE TMOBILE/Sprint Website and PHYSICALLY showed him the offer THAT STILL allowed us to trade in as usual. His answer was "well, if you find it online that's great, I work for the store not online"....TMOBILE IS TMOBILE. This guy is absolutely clueless and dishonest to the public. He is clueless about Tmobile. He was more concerned about talking to us about his liberal ways and Informing us on how his voting for liberal Beto then answering our questions. We did not go there for your political views and deceiving ways. We went there to simply trade our phones in and he is probably not bieng GENUINE TO SPRINT CUSTOMERS. I left knowing that store had a dishonest representative I logged into the tmobile store online and traded my phone in for a new phone FREE OF CHARGE. All I paid for were the taxes and a new 24 month lease payment. The online Tmobile representative had to APOLOGIZE for my experience at this TPC Parkway Tmobile store. I would have ended paying HUNDREDS of dollars out of pocket due to that store and it's representative. Ultimately I paid ONLY 150 dollars for two brand NEW Note S22 Ultra phones via the Tmobile online website with a trade in. ******SPRINT CUSTOMERS PLEASE RESEARCH ONLINE FIRST. DONT LET THE REPRESENTATIVE AT THIS TMOBILE STORE LIE TO YOU.
