        Ron, rod not sure, extremely rude. Never in my life have I ever encountered someone with such a terrible attitude. Totally unwilling to explain anything and was so defensive when asking questions. Even had a terrible attitude when I called before hand hoping his attitude would change upon talking face to face. After a 45 minute drive Boy was I completely wrong!! Left the store feeling completely Defeated after declining an upgrade do to his attitude. I would advise to never come to this particular store FIND ANOTHER ONE!
