Farmers Insurance - Derek Clynes

Thanks to them failing to file the correct forms (twice), my autopay was never set up properly. Due to a near refusal to correspond with me over the phone, this led to my account being cancelled for nonpayment. Now I can't be a farmer's client without a significant increase in premiums. Also, as my NEW agent pointed out, I was paying for a level of insurance that was totally impractical for what I needed. When I called most recently to see if they could TRY to rectify it, he said he'd get right back to me. That was over a week ago. This guy should be in jail.

For the first time in my life I've had a great insurance experience. We have been with Progressive for over 10 years and even earned their Diamond status. But with rates going up, Farmers beat them. I was kind of nervous switching both my car and homeowners insurance, but Derek was amazing. He made the whole process very easy and stress-free and made you feel like he was part of the family. He's a good-hearted family guy whose main concern is taking care of your family and not killing your bank account. His great personally and helpful attitude definitely makes him the best insurance agent ever and I wish we would have found him sooner. Now we're saving $100 a month and feel like we're actually going to be taken care of.

I've have has USAA insurance for as long as I can remember, but when Derek gave us a quote that was more coverage at a better price I couldn't help but make the switch. So glad we did!! A few months after we switched our home was broken into and all of my jewelry, some cash, and some electronics were gone! I immediately called Derek to find out what to do next. It was so wonderful having a personal contact to help us through that difficult time. He walked us through it all and checked up on us often through the process. I don't think I would have gotten that kind of service with USAA. Thanks Derek for taking care of our family!
