        Matthew Buchanan offers exceptional customer service and is a genuinely nice guy. After a particularly unpleasant auto accident, I had several insurance questions that I did not feel comfortable discussing with my own insurance company, since they were processing my claim. A friend who was a client of Matthews gave me his cell phone number and I called him around 8 PM in the evening. Long story short, he spent an hour on the phone with me (a complete stranger) and answered every single one of my questions. More importantly, however, after listening to my situation, he gave me a couple of fantastic pieces of advice regarding my familys insurance coverage going forward. Coverage, I would add, with another agency from which he would not profit a dime! I was super impressed with him!
