Coming from an employee stand point, do not accept a job from her. Will go out of her way to lie to get her way and not worry about the relationship built. 110% regret ever meeting her or knowing she ever existed. I wish I never left New York Life to work for such a disappointing human being.

Very great of an agent, she knows exactly what she is doing and worked hand in hand to make sure I got a great coverage and all the discounts farmers has to offer. Definitely recommend her to anyone!

If you are looking for someone to help you get the best deal on insurance then look no further than Liz! She does a tremendous job at making sure you are covered and breaks down everything so you understand it better. She is patient, kind, and thorough! I will be recommending her to EVERYONE! After a flood in the RGV, I realized I needed to take a deeper look at my coverage. I did a lot of research and decided that Farmers would be best, then it was time to find an agent. Although this office is 5 hours away from my home town, Speaking to Liz felt like I was speaking to a next door neighbor. We walked through our current coverage, she helped me see that we were severely under covered and guided me to the best plan for me, my family and my home. She was professional and sweet. I appreciated her honesty. She made the process seamless for me, we were able to handle everything electronically with zero effort on my end. What I loved the most was the personalized card that she sent a few weeks later thanking us for our business. Amazing customer service. It’s those little things that make someone a true professional
