I wanted to find a workout class that fit into my schedule and Legendary BBA was offering an adult class at lunch. Like most of my “it’s time to get in shape” quest, I figured I would go for about 3 months and then move on to the next thing. A year later, I’m still having my lunch break at Legendary BBA. The staff is friendly, clearly very knowledgeable about martial arts and somehow makes kicking, punching, and sweating enjoyable. Not only is it a great workout, but I have learned several practical self-defense moves. If you are looking for something different in terms of workout, this is the place.
