My son has been attending since 2019 and Ive been attending adult classes for 2+ years. Love the school, the teachers and what they are teaching to their students. Myself included! For the kids, its teaching discipline and focus. For the adults, good fitness and also a great opportunity to learn and an encouraging environment with other adult students.
