        Diego is a great instructor. High level instruction broken down for the beginners. Easy to learn for all different body types, to make Jiu Jitsu easy for all to learn. He has created a great environment for everyone of all levels. Highly recommend making the effort to come check them out. With the new facility, there is more more space for your workout fun.

        I came in for an open mat ( which was a Saturday) and met Sydney, who is very nice. She welcomed us to join in a few rolls with a few other guys. We talked, laughed, and tapped out( mostly me). It was a great experience all around. I hope to do it again. Thanks again!
