I called this company after another company had come to my house to repair my dryer the guy right away seemed baffled 😮 on what was wrong and loosened a few screws said some were stripped out even though no one had ever repaired it before so would have had to be factory done when made. He then said I will be back I didn’t bring my tool to get off stripped screws I won’t charge you which he couldn’t he never said what was wrong with it. Never saw or heard from him again guess he didn’t know how how to work on a LG or have any ideas on what was wrong. It was making a distinct rattling sound in the dryer which had just started a few days before. I called this company: now I’m nervous 😬 to call another company because I might get another clueless person. They came out same day called when on the way and the tech was very knowledgeable and fixed it in about 30 minutes said there were no stripped out screws (his excuse to leave no shame in admitting you don’t know and call someone else) but he didn’t said he would be back and never heard from again. My LG dryer is running as good as new again. Price was reasonable it is going on 11 years old never had a problem before so it’s been a good set. Looks like new still, I take care of it and the HE are not cheap and I didn’t want to buy anything new yet. I’m extremely happy and the tech was wonderful and nice. I have saved their info so if I need repairs on anything I will call again. Service: Washer/dryer repair

This company schedules an appointment for service and then doesn’t show up! Very unprofessional!

I called this company that I found on Google and did not check the reviews. I now Regret that greatly. I am writing this review to make EVERYONE aware of the lack of business ethics this company has showed. I called this company to fix my sub -zero icemaker/refrigerator. The icemaker was not fixed, they have charged me 980$, they promised me they would come back and they never did. and the worst is that they don’t want to return my money. Don’t trust this company. It’s a scam. Service: Freezer repair
